TIPS FOR SERVING WINE

David Robledo, ambassador of Ramón Bilbao and sommelier of the restaurant Santceloni, will reveal to us some mysteries of the wonderful world of wine.

In this case we are denying the false myth that the wine should be taken at room temperature. The degrees depend on the type of wine we are going to taste.

That the wine is taken at room temperature is a myth

A white or pink wine has to be cold, but not frozen, between 7-9º, and never below 6º as it would lose the aromatic charge. Instead, the young reds are taken between 14-15º to be able to notice their fruit nunaces. The Reserva and Gran Reserva should be a couple of degrees above the reds, but never past the 18º.

If you want to know more secrets with David Robledo do not miss the rest of videos that we have prepared. A gift for wine lovers.
