David Robledo is going to reveal to us some tricks on the wonderful world of wine and the mysteries of the flavour.

As he explaines in this video, there are different types of decanter depending on the age of the wine and the type of the bottle. We can find the conventional decanters for young wines, Magnum decanters for large bottles, “Duck” decanters for the most delicate wines, and “Oporto” for wines that have many sediments.

Young reds can be decanted aggressively, so that it can air and express all its potential. Older wines are decanted with candle to prevent sediment from falling into the glass.
