There are times when you need to see new places, breathe different air, travel through the world of memories. Lose yourself a little to move forward in your journey.
Due to building work to enlarge and improve our facilities, during the first quarter of 2017 there will be changes in the itinerary of the guided tour and we will extend the time dedicated to the guided tasting of wines in the Mirto visit.
The visit will include a beginners wine tasting course, with a selection of the most special wines in our range. Afterwards you will enjoy a 360º virtual reality experience.
*This tour does not include the visit to the cask and bottle cellars due to the building works in the winery during the first quarter of 2017.
The activity includes:
Discover the origins of the great Ramón Bilbao wines at the hand of a guide with specialist knowledge of vineyards and nature. You will be able to see at first hand the loving care which goes into each vine and enjoy the Riojan landscape in one of our most prized vineyards
Times: Mondays to Thursdays-12.00 and 16.30h // Fri, Sat and Public Holidays- 10.00/ 12.00 and 17.00h. Closed Sunday afternoon.
In the case of bookings for groups of 5 or more people, we will ask our customers to provide credit card details to register the booking. In the event of a booking being cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if the visitors fail to show, we will charge 50% of the sum of the visits booked to the card.
We would ask for maximum punctuality for visits. In the event of delays of more than 10 minutes after the start of the guided tour the reserved places may be reallocated to anyone waiting at that time.
Visitors under 18 are not required to pay admission and can accompany the adults responsible for them during the whole of the visit except the tasting room where the tasting commentary is given. At this point, the minors, if possible, accompanied by an adult, must wait in the wine shop until the end of the tasting.
During summer months the temperature inside the cellar is around 15º, so it is advisable to bring a jacket or something warm to wrap round you during the tour.
