HARVEST AND VINE SELECTION

An early vintage, following a cold and rainy winter, a cool spring and warm summer. The rainfall in September and October aided the complete physiological and phenolic development of the vines.

2

ELABORATION AND FERMENTATION

Garnacha and Tempranillo varieties are fermented separately in French oak vats and aged in new French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

This ruby red wine is of medium intensity, clean, bright and produces tears on the glass. It has aromas of red fruits with balsamic notes combined with spices like white pepper. It has good acidity due to altitude, and firm, polished tannin. This is a young wine in evolution and has good potential for longevity.

PAIRING

Combines perfectly with burrata cheese, eastern-style seasoned meats, as well as with intense cold cuts such as dried, smoked meat, and full-bodied, creamy cheeses like Stilton. Serve between 17ºC and 18ºC.
